When we work with a client, we often sit down and understand the day-to-day duties for a particular position and where someone could make inadvertent mistakes. We will then develop attention-to-detail assessments that are customized for these tasks.

Technical Assessments

 

We always verify an applicant’s ability with those technical skills that are important for a job. These technical assessments are done live with each candidate via Zoom. Some of our most popular skills-based assessments are for Microsoft Excel and Word, and we tailor them to the skill level that is required for the position.

Remote-Only Positions

 

Although our company is based in Tallahassee, FL, we have been able to source applicants nationwide for those client who are open to a remote-only workforce. We know how to adjust the job postings to reach a wider audience who are looking for such remote-only opportunities.
